Our advanced technology features a deep heel cup to control foot and ankle movements and provide proper alignment. Arch support evenly distributes pressure, while cloud-like cushioning reduces impact and relieves muscle and joint pain post-workout. Do Deming shoes come in different styles?
Yes, we offer three styles—The Westsider™ oxford lace-up, The Eastsider™ loafer slip-on, and The Downtowner dress sneaker—to suit different style preferences and occasions while supporting deep recovery. Over time we will be introducing additional products, designs, and color options.
What sizes do Deming shoes come in?
Deming shoes are available in a wide range of sizes to ensure the perfect fit. We offer men sizes 7 through 13 in half sizes. Please refer to our size guide on the website for more details.

From the materials we source to the way your order lands at your door, we’ve engineered every step of the Deming experience with purpose. That includes our manufacturing, fulfillment, and shipping processes—because your recovery shouldn’t come at the expense of your patience or the planet.
Our products are handmade in a family-owned factory in Portugal, where craftsmanship and quality still matter.
Even our packaging pulls double duty: your shoes arrive in a custom-designed box that’s built for both shipping and returns. Minimizing extra packaging used and reducing materials that end up in the trash. One box. No excess. No hassle.
We offer free standard shipping and free returns within the continental U.S. Because getting the right fit should be easy—and feel good.

What is the return policy?
Fit is everything. That’s why we offer free returns & exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Email customercare@weardeming.com.

Eligible items must be:
- Unworn and in new condition
- Returned in the original re-shippable box
- Return or exchange for a different size
We cover shipping both ways—because dialing in your fit shouldn’t cost extra.
How do I request an exchange?
Our email-based exchange process makes it easy to get the right fit.
- Email Us: Send an email to our support team at customercare@weardeming.com with your order details and the size you need.
- Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will reply with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
- Send It Back: Package your item in the original box and drop it off at the nearest shipping center.
- Receive Your New Size: Once we receive your return, we will send out your new size at no additional cost.

Pre-Orders & Waitlist
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve a pair before it arrives in our warehouse.
We offer pre-orders on select exclusive new styles, colors, and sizes that are currently in production or on the way. By placing a pre-order, you're securing your pair before inventory becomes available for immediate purchase.
Estimated ship dates are displayed on the product page and at checkout.
When will my pre-order ship?
Each pre-order style includes an estimated ship date on the product page.
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
While we work hard to provide accurate delivery timelines, production and shipping schedules can occasionally change. If there are any significant delays, we'll keep you informed every step of the way.
How does the waitlist work?
If a style, color, or size is currently unavailable, you'll have the option to join the waitlist.
Simply enter your email address—and optionally your mobile number for text updates—and we'll notify you as soon as inventory becomes available again.
Waitlist notifications are sent when inventory is restocked, but products are not reserved. We recommend ordering promptly once you receive your notification.
How will I know when my waitlisted size is back in stock?
We'll send a notification to the email address you provided as soon as your selected style, color, or size becomes available.
If you opted into text alerts, you'll receive an SMS notification as well.
Restocks can sell through quickly, so we recommend purchasing soon after receiving your notification.
Will I be charged when I place a pre-order?
Yes. Payment is collected at the time your pre-order is placed to reserve your pair.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes. You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.
Once your order has shipped, it will be covered by our standard return policy.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team and include your order number.
What happens if my pre-order is delayed?
If production or shipping timelines change, we'll proactively communicate any updates and provide revised delivery expectations as soon as possible.
Our goal is to keep you informed from the moment you place your order until your Deming shoes arrive.
Can I order in-stock items with a pre-order item?
Yes. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we'll ship any available items according to our standard shipping timelines. Your pre-order item will ship separately as soon as it becomes available.
