OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. DEMING SOCIETY MEMBERSHIP IS FREE. CONSENT TO RECEIVE MARKETING EMAILS OR TEXT MESSAGES IS NOT REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The Deming Society Launch Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Abound, LLC located at 244 Madison Avenue #1096 New York, New York 10016 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins October 23, 2026, at [start time] Pacific Time and ends November 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.

4. How to Enter

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

All eligible Deming Society members, including existing customers automatically enrolled through the launch of the loyalty program, will receive one (1) automatic entry into the Sweepstakes.

Individuals who are not yet members may enter by registering for a free Deming Society membership at www.weardeming.com/pages/loyalty during the Sweepstakes Period.

Deming Society membership is free. Consent to receive promotional emails or SMS messages is optional and is not required to enter or win.

Limit one (1) entry per eligible person, regardless of membership date, purchase history, or loyalty tier. Additional purchases or membership activity will not increase the chances of winning.

5. Prizes

Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) prize package consisting of:

• One (1) $250 Deming gift card

• One (1) $250 recovery gift card, selected by the winner from either Restore Hyper Wellness or StretchLab

The approximate retail value of each prize package is $500. The total approximate retail value of all five prize packages is $2,500.

Recovery gift cards will be purchased independently by Sponsor and are subject to the selected provider's applicable gift card terms, conditions, and redemption restrictions.

Prize selections are subject to availability. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary, subject to applicable law.

6. Third-Party Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered solely by Deming. Restore Hyper Wellness and StretchLab are not sponsors, administrators, or promotional partners of this Sweepstakes and are not affiliated with its administration.

All third-party gift cards are independently purchased by Deming for prize fulfillment. References to Restore Hyper Wellness and StretchLab are solely for identification of the available prize options.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Five (5) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing will take place on or about 11/16/2026

Potential winners will be notified using the email address provided during registration.

Each potential winner must respond within five (5) calendar days of notification to claim the prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, does not meet eligibility requirements, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Winners may be required to complete eligibility verification and any legally required documentation before receiving a prize.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Purchases, additional spending, and marketing communication preferences do not affect the odds of winning.

9. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who attempts to tamper with the entry process, submit fraudulent entries, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.

Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise its integrity, subject to applicable law.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, interrupted internet connections, incomplete registrations, or other failures that prevent an eligible entry from being received.

10. Privacy and Marketing Communications

Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, and fulfill prizes, in accordance with Deming's Privacy Policy.

Participation in the Sweepstakes does not require consent to receive promotional email or SMS communications.

Any marketing consent requested during Deming Society registration is optional and separate from Sweepstakes entry.

11. Taxes

Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with accepting their prizes.

Sponsor may require appropriate tax documentation where required by law.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, participants agree to release Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, representatives, and promotional partners from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of a prize, except where such release is prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Winners List

To request the names of the winners, contact customercare@weardeming.com with the subject line “Deming Society Launch Giveaway Winners” within sixty (60) days following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.

14. Additional Terms

The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.

Restore Hyper Wellness's role in the promotion is limited to prize fulfillment unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Participation constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules.
